Camino Meatball Recipe
80/20 Ground beef
Oregano
Basil
2 eggs
Milk
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
Parmesan cheese
Bread crumbs Method… “Italian-Americans don't measure! (We add a pinch or a smidgen).” Combine all ingredients. Add “an egg shell of water” for each shell broken. Note: The real reason for the amazing taste is 80/20 ground meat. Roll into balls. “As far as size? We make them as we are. Mine end up being larger than usual.” Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a wide pan over medium heat, and place the meatballs into a pan, rolling a round until cooked through. Enjoy!
